Private Reference Service
Warren County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service. It is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Warren County, the Sheriff’s Office, the Detention Facility, a town police department, North Carolina courts, or a state or federal corrections agency. The pages point to public sources but do not host government records or booking-photo galleries.
Information may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or wrong. Verify a custody status, booking record, charge, warrant, or disposition with the agency or court that created the record.
Acceptable Use
Use the pages lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the service, probe its systems, upload harmful code, scrape content in a way that disrupts operations, impersonate an agency, or use a contact channel to threaten or harass another person. Do not treat an accusation or photo as proof of guilt.
Use of a linked government source is governed by that source’s rules. A private search tool may impose its own terms and pricing.
FCRA Restriction
The pages are for public-record navigation, source identification, court disposition, custody routing, and lawful records requests. They are not a substitute for an official record or legal advice.
Outbound Links and Tools
Links may lead to the Warren County Sheriff, its Detention Facility, Norlina, Warrenton, North Carolina courts, the Department of Adult Correction, federal or immigration services, archives, news outlets, and third-party search providers. A link is provided for navigation and is not an endorsement. External pages, policies, availability, prices, and results are outside the publisher’s control.
Some search boxes may produce a referral fee when a visitor follows a partner link. The partner sets its own results and terms. The Warren County court page remains controlled by the Judicial Branch.
No Warranty
The service is supplied “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that a page, link, search tool, statement, or result will be accurate, complete, current, secure, or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, warranties are disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Liability and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher and its owners, operators, partners, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of the pages, linked services, or reliance on information. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the applicable period, or to the minimum amount permitted by law if no payment was made.
You agree to defend and indemnify the publisher and its related parties from claims, costs, and expenses arising from unlawful use, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Ownership of Materials
Page text, branding, layout, and original graphics belong to the publisher or its licensors unless another owner is identified. Do not copy, alter, sell, or republish protected material without permission. Government, court, news, and third-party materials remain with their owners and are governed by their own rights and terms.
Changes and Access
These terms may change as the service, vendors, or law changes. The current version appears on this page. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked for abuse, security reasons, legal demands, or operational needs.
North Carolina Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would select another jurisdiction. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another forum.
If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the rest will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
